Recently Cisco announced removal of OEQ section from Voice & RS Labs.This came as a good news for CCIE’s since OEQ’s didn’t serve their purpose.Even if you secured 100% in Configuration section & you managed to answer half of OEQs right , you were FAIL. that’s because you were required to get 3/4 answers correct in OEQ section. Hopefully, Other tracks will have OEQs removed too in near future. For more information ,here is the official Cisco announcement:
