Policy change by Cisco for CCIE Lab exam payment

I just recevied an email from cisco regarding change in CCIE lab payment policy.This change will be exercised starting September 6, 2008.The new policy requires CCIE candidates to submit payment in full 90 days (calendar) prior to your lab date .
